Another strong Tempranillo release that celebrates the beauty of youth, a wine bursting in ripe black fruits and red cherries with a spicy kick. It’s all about the fruit, but this is not to suggest that it is simple. Far from it. Red liquorice, spices, cassia bark with a hint of panforte and summer berry aromas. Medium bodied with clean cut tannins, the middle palate is warm and comforting, finishing fine-edged. A supporting role of hazelnut oak and sour cherry, cranberry savouriness delivers that extra flavour touch.
