Geoff Merrill Parham Cabernet Sauvignon 2017

Geoff Merrill well and truly in his comfort zone with this Cabernet Sauvignon with dense fruit and long oak aging serving up a robust wine that will age well. Deep ruby in colour, it radiates with pure cassis and dried herb aromas with a strong oak backbone. That oak has then made for a dry and firm palate, tannins sinewy to underpin layers of dark fruit flavour. Best given a bit longer in the cellar for that oak to come into better balance.
