Lienert Vineyards Jack West Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Inky maroon, we have aromas of bay leaves, dry herbs, aniseed and coffee grinds. There is a hint of woodsmoke along with notes of black fruits with a degree of austerity here. A wine of mid-length with fine tannins and good intensity. This is attractive now, but will be even better in three to four years and then drink well for another four to six.
