Behold a solid base of tannin upon which is built an equally solid Pinot Noir. Well-structured and firm with ripe fruits flowing. Aromas of cherry cola, mountain herbs, rosehip, red liquorice, cherry and plum. A good reflection of the cooler vintage, the palate restrained, serious and dark. Firm, fine detailed tannins take the lead, wrapped around classic Yarra Valley Pinot black cherry and plum, dusty cacao, vanilla and spice with some leafy nuances, undergrowth and earth offering a well composed Yarra Valley cool climate Pinot style.
