Longview Macclesfield Riesling 2025

The harvest for this vintage in the Adelaide Hills was a very dry one and especially early, but it is proving to have produced some very fine wines. This Riesling underwent a cool fermentation in stainless steel. The colour here is almost invisible, the palest lemon. On the nose, we have aromas weaving through florals, citrus, mandarins, wet slate and a touch of beeswax. There is good energy and focus here. The wine is clean, taut and of medium length. Enjoy this over the next six to eight years.
