LUDO Pearl Rosé 2022

This is a bit of a halfway house, a little of the natural side thanks to wild ferments and low sulfur bringing in some nutty, flor elements but also carries plenty of lively fruit. Earthy tones drive the experience but then aromatics are lifted by floral, wild strawberry aromas. Lovely textural creamy mouthfeel, you can really feel the fruit weight from barrel ferment and aging, with salty flor edges adding to its savoury appeal. The finish is then long and engaging, an attractive nuttiness building over time. At its best mixed and matched with a variety of dishes.
