Lyons Will Estate Riesling 2024

The cool Macedon Ranges is not regularly thought of as Riesling heartland but there is certainly plenty of regional history and quality in the local wines. This poised and precise style delivers citrus and orchard fruit aromas with a dusting of dried flowers. The fine and detailed palate has an attractive savoury edge thanks to chalky and granitic tones against a background of firm acidity and a core of citrus flavours with a nice touch of sweetness which together deliver a wine with significant personality and length.
