Mac Forbes is a Yarra Valley wine legend and the EB (experimental batch) wines change every year and continue to evolve and push the boundaries. The 2019 Pink Cadillac Pinot Meunier has the hallmarks of classic Mac pinot with vibrant, crunchy red fruit – strawberries and raspberries dominate, but then the wine swims in stronger territory with dark red cherry notes and brambly forest floor and meaty notes with notable garden spices (majoram and sage) plus a savoury but refined finish. If it’s a hot day then whack this in fridge an hour before you crack it.. Bloody delicious!

He has created and managed wine lists for over 30 venues including ARIA Sydney, Opera Bar and Chiswick.
