Mandala Pinot Grigio 2024

The thing that sets this excellent Pinot Grigio apart from the run-of-the-mill is the use of lees stirring to introduce further richness into the palate. It’s still a racy, fresh style with all those apple and pear characters, but the added palate weight gives it another dimension. A little squeeze of lemon on the finish completes a wine that screams to be drunk now.
