The 2023 Hell Hole Shiraz has a promising future with brooding aromas of blackberry and dark cherry which are bright and pure with gentle meaty, earthy tones in support. Beautifully composed, and unforced, with a seamless style, cherry flavours lifted by sausage mince complexity while the al-dente tannins underpin a long, streamlined finish. A classic Hunter Burgundy style built for the cellar.
