A seriously enjoyable young rosé with Sangiovese as the basis for exploring a cherry, raspberry, dusty earthiness with just the merest whisper of musk confection – just a hint which lifts aromatically. Offers a fairly understated palate which is probably a little more European in tone and demeanour than trad fruity Australian, very stylish, very food-friendly as well as the perfect aperitif. A delightful bright and zesty youngster.
