This is a cracking value Margaret River Cabernet and one which will also reward time in the cellar. It is also yet further compelling evidence of just how special 2023 is in this region.The colour is a maroon purple, while the nose exhibits notes of plums, chocolate, florals, graphite, mulberries, cassis, woodsmoke and black cherries, along with a hint of oak – making for an appealing though potential cacophony of aromas, which all combine into one complete and alluring perfume. There is grip and focus, bright acidity, fine tannins and very good length. Enjoy over the next eight to ten years.
