A Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc, the colour here is a gleaming though gentle pale yellow. This is more austere than some, with a minerally backing. The nose gives a mix of nettles and tropical notes in a style that is bright and expressive with crunchy acidity. Good length with persistence, enjoy this now and over the next five years.
