Dried cranberries, smoked orange zest, amaro notes that cut through the dried red rose and tarry elements of this Adelaide Hills Nebbiolo plus lovely, firm tannins. That is the true nature of Nebbiolo after all, and it’s good to see that its defining trait has been enhanced here. The vibrant acidity frames perfectly the well-defined red fruit profile. Love how the savouriness leaves space to sweet baking spices at the end.
