Nikola Estate The Surrealist 2023

This is a combination of Tempranillo, Montepulciano, Shiraz, Nero d’Avola, Grenache, Mencía, and Arinto. Okay, what do you get? You get an absolutely beautifully presented wine loaded with complex red and black fruits on the nose, dollop of chocolate and a subtle hint of spice. Palate is medium-bodied with plush almost satiny fruit weight providing wonderful and effortless length. That delicious, sweet fruit is balanced with some nice savoury oak and those fine chalky tannins. Sails effortlessly through to a sustained long finish.
