Oakridge Coldstream Shiraz 2024

This Shiraz from the Oakridge vineyard in Coldstream showcases power and freshness, characteristic of cooler climate Shiraz. Whole berry and whole bunch fermentation in open fermenters, followed by 15 months in French oak puncheons, has harmonised the tannins and oak perfectly. The nose reveals subtle earthy notes, florals, rose petal, darker plum, and liqueur chocolate. The palate is soft yet structured, with a fine spine that gives definition.
