An excellent 100% Chardonnay sparkling wine from a great Yarra Valley vintage. Bottle fermented and aged on yeast lees for 5.5 years before disgorging in mid-2025, it offers a brioche, toasty nose with lifted lemony citrus. The palate is deep and penetrating, with focus and a long finish. Time on lees adds a nutty complexity to this outstanding wine.
