This is a classy preservative-free Cabernet from McLaren Vale. On the nose, there’s a leafy, subtle cassis-like character. And then on the palate, deeper black fruits emerge, with even a hint of liqueur chocolate. It’s in the medium to full-bodied zone and beautifully elegant and balanced.
