Paisley Maeve Shiraz Cabernet 2019

What a marvellous expression of this great Australian combination from the Barossa Valley in a year that delivered fruit of tremendous plush intensity. Aromas bursting from the glass with a chocolatey dark plum and blackberry combination, and a slightly vanilla oak influence. The palate delivers even deeper, darker fruits with that blackberry and savoury plum combination, supported by firmish though fine tannins and plenty of oak. But it retains its balance and poise.
