Sourced from 100% Vitovska from the Karst territory on the eastern border of Friuli Venezia Giulia, destemmed and 15 days of skin contact. Matured in Slavonian oak 300l for 30 months. Kumquat skin, fresh peach and jackfruit. Honeysuckle, almond torte and citrus glaze. Dizzyingly youthful with pineapple rings and fresh mango cheeks. Silver coin and caramelised fennel. A lovely cheesecake, biscuit crumb texture on the palate with a hint of galangal and treacle bitterness. Everything you’ll love about fleshy, textural, medium to full bodied whites. It has it all and you’ll swiftly reach for another glass. Drink now and will cellar well for another 8 years or so. Serve with a good patisserie flakey pastry of any kind.
