Old vines on Parracombe Plateau, whole-bunch fermented, wild yeasts, matured in French oak, unfiltered. Rustic red fruit, dried herb notes. Black cherry, dark chocolate, slightly spicy dried herb lift on palate. Medium-bodied with a powerful, long finish.
