Jim Brand The Pursuit Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

The vintage produced fruit of great intensity and flavour and this has been captured perfectly in the winemaking process. It’s typically bright and high energy in a way that speaks so much about Coonawarra. Leafy blackcurrant aromas have that Coonawarra feel about them. The palate is an elegant powerhouse with chalky tannins and fine-grained oak in support. A touch of new oak adds that final lift to bring further life into it.
