Passel Estate Sauvignon Blanc 2020

Bright and precise with plenty of vibrant fruit– white nectarine, citrus, and mineral drive. A fantastic expression of Sauvignon Blanc, with partial ferment in new oak and time on lees, ensuring texture and very subtle richness on the palate. Everything is refreshingly crisp and clean. Drink with hard goats cheese on crackers for maximum satisfaction.
