Speaks eloquently of its Tasmanian home, of red earth, wild strawberries, crunchy red berries, crushed herbs and undergrowth. It’s a vibrant, juicy Pinot Noir that hits the drinking spot with its immediate red cherry, cranberry and wild strawberry fruit, herbal brightness. While upbeat, the middle palate also carries a dense core of flavour enhanced by toasted oak spices, charcuterie, vanilla and a smooth textural element no doubt courtesy of maturation time in French barriques (30% new) and Italian cocciopesto amphorae (1.5%).
