Penny’s Hill The Agreement Sauvignon Blanc 2023

Share

The palest of pale straw in colour, almost water-like in its transparency. Lifted notes of guava, subtle passionfruit, rock melon, wet rock, salted lemon, lemongrass, and lemon rind topped by a glimmer of green apple skin. Lovely freshness and savoury appeal on display here where the palate follows suit, with a taut and fresh display of lemon water, lemon rind, melon, and lemongrass sitting within a pillowy texture. The finish is defined by preserved lemon bitterness. Overall, this is refreshing and bright with appealing drinkability.
