Pikes Luccio Sangiovese 2024

Share

A heart warming wine with nostalgic aromas of fig and cherry skin, tomato concentrate and rosemary stems. The fabric of fine but persistent tannins enliven the presence of the Italian variety and some chewy Adzuki bean and mace spice linger. Very good value and would be rewarding on a table of meatballs, herb salads and garlic bread. Drink now or will cellar for another 3.5 years.
