Wonderful example of this consistently outstanding Clare Valley Riesling. It comes from two superb Polish Hill River blocks. Similar making to the Traditionale, but it is the superb fruit that sets it apart. Has a slaty minerally edge which threads through the crisp and slightly citrussy palate with a lip-smacking refreshing acidity to finish. Outstanding.
