Pirramimma Heritage Shiraz 2020

For me, this glorious McLaren Vale Shiraz is the pick of the latest releases. Loved it. The colour is near black/purple and there are such appealing aromatics. A hint of toasty oak, blackberries, cherries, olives, chocolate, a touch of vanilla, spices and dark plums. A whiff of blueberries just adds to the complexity. Ripe and plush with focus and length. If a good Shiraz from the McLaren Vale is your thing, this wine will make you very happy indeed. Delicious now, but cellar with confidence for up to two decades.
