Pizzini Arneis 2025

A very lifted little number here, with florals and fruit aplenty. Honeydew melon, gardenia, guava, elderflower and kiwifruit lead, with some savoury almond-paste notes building in support. The palate is tropical-toned in its fruit, with guava and papaya at the fore, followed by pear, lemon zest and green almond. There’s a nice surge of lemon-drenched acidity through the finish, and some gentle, chalky grip to the sides adds texture. Quite an exotic expression, though enjoyable.
