Port Phillip Estate Balnarring Single Vineyard Pinot Noir 2023

This wine comes off a close planted vineyard in Mornington Peninsula and was treated with a low intervention winemaking approach. The result is a wonderful example of region and variety. Bright cherry and raspberry aromas with a little dried herb character. The palate is intense with a slightly chalky mouthfeel. Impeccable oak and fruit balance with the use of large format foudres allowing the fruit to express itself beautifully.
