This Austrian variety seems to have found a home in the Adelaide Hills. This has been cleverly made. It keeps the precision of the variety, but is augmented with a creamy richness on the palate thanks to a portion of barrel fermentation. Has a slightly lemon meringue flavour that sits well with the apple and pear notes.
