Redgum Wine Estate Chardonnay 2021

This is right in the groove for current drinking chardonnay. Plenty of melon and fig-like characters with a deep stone fruit influence. The oak is managed well and sits comfortably in the background. It’s soft and round and ideal over the next couple of years.
