Okay, I admit it – it was the lightsaber that made me pick up this Revenge of the pith IIPA from The Australian Brewery. But this is no regular IIPA. it turns out this beer is not only crafted with a range of hops (Mosaic, Citra and Amarillo) but they have also thrown in some blood orange and lime. But despite its unique style, it is still quite classic. Big and robust, it is a mouthfilling and generous IIPA coming in at 8% alcohol with the citrus elements adding a little brightness and freshness.
