Ringbolt Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

Share

Cabernet fans will cheer this delicious Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon thanks to its strong varietal signature. Just one sniff and you know you are in cool climate cabernet land thanks to its sweet black fruits and strong Bay leaf and cedar aromas. It will be too herbal for some but not me – this is what real cabernet looks like.

Deeply coloured, there is a good intensity of mulberry and fruit pastille aromas given a vibrant lift thanks to those more herbal elements. Fantastic impact on the palate with sweet dark fruits, acidity and structural tannins coming together to provide a long, energetic and balanced finish. Great vintage of this wine which will drink well over the medium term.
