Here we have hand-selected Pinot Noir from Lenswood and a wine made from multiple vintages spanning 1999 to 2019. This was disgorged in May 2025. It’s a well-crafted Blanc de Noir of excellent cohesion, texture and length. The perfume features a great balance of fruit and autolysis with notes of white strawberry and red apple flesh sitting above shortcrust pastry that builds with air and increased temperature. Orange blossom follows along with lemon curd and a subtle nutty nuance. The palate has a seamless feel with great texture thanks in part to a lovely fine and integrated bead – red apple, lemon juice and white peach feature, along with white almond and subtle brioche, before a firm acid line cleanses and elongates to long length. This is drinking very well now for both its complexity and its freshness.
