Riposte Peacemaker Pinot Noir 2025

Share

Hits the mark and deserves big ticks all round whether it’s a question of structure, overall quality, fruit concentration, ability to age or immediate drinking approachability right now. That’s a lot of ticks. Sweet cherry, berry, cranberry fruit aromas come lightly spiced with hints of dusty beetroot, earth. Vibrant fruit follows on the palate nicely structured in fine, sinewy tannins with spice, sprigs of herbs and earth. Smooth running all the way to a long finish making Peacemaker a strong drink-now prospect, but there is also much to celebrate with further time in bottle. Will require a hard but no doubt enjoyable decision in the end, on its future.
