Crisp and clear with bang-on, typical green apple/ green pear lines – picked crunchy rather than too ripe and soft, which means the acidity here is a core element of this wine. Deliciously managed to allow the flavours to carry some baked spice, the fruit/skin/pith textural feels to underpin the finish. Balance and energy assured.
