78% Sauvignon Blanc and 22% Semillon, a blend of two sites. Wilyabrup and Karridale. Fragrant strawberry guava, glace pineapple and taut mango skin. Lemon popsicle and freshly squeezed limes. Acidity bursts with pickled limes, a nutty almond oil savoury note, and a hint of herbal cold pressed olive oil just sits behind it. Bone dry finish and plenty of flavour length. This is screaming, drinking me with peppery rocket, slices of chicken and creamy goats cheese. Drink now or cellar to see those savoury notes develop and unfold further.
