Rising Pinot Noir 2023

As with the Chardonnay four separate blocks were picked and fermented separately before blending. The composite is made of different clones with whole bunches and time on skins building textured and structure. Dark cherry aromas with a slightly meaty mushroomy character adding a complex dimension. The seamless and beautifully integrated palate is medium bodied yet powerful. Slightly sappy astringency completes an outstanding Pinot Noir.
