Such a bright and lively Chardonnay with energy and precision that showcases the fruit and style of Pemberton. Starts with handpicking and then whole bunch pressing with barrel fermentation using a combo of 25% natural yeast and the rest cultured. Lees stirring for 4 months has brought texture and mouthfeel into the palate. It’s creamy with a quince and lemon peel edge contributing to its very long, linear finish. I really like the slightly minerally edge.
