Moves up the ripeness scale and into classic luscious Gris textural territory. Pink tinges in colour, always a welcoming sign. Highly floral aromas in jasmine, acacia, lantana and musk accompanied by stewed apple and pear. Immediately textural and spicy on the palate in lemon curd, custard and spiced stewed apple and cinnamon. Acidity is super clean with good drive, line and length which nicely wraps itself around the generous fruit flavours.
