Seppelt Drumborg Vineyard Riesling 2023

One of my very favourite Australian vineyards. It’s so far south you could almost spit to Antarctica. Typical aromas of lemon pith and minerally bath salts announce this as Drumborg Riesling. Delve deeper and an intense lemon and limestone minerality emerges. The palate is tightly defined but has texture thanks to a small amount lees influence, a clever approach really for this often-austere wine. I’m loving it.
