Seppeltsfield Northing Shiraz 2021

This 2021 Moppa Shiraz is seamless and shapely as it opens with rich aromas of sage, bay leaf and fruit pastilles which are already very approachable. Composure is a key here with streamlined, fleshy dark berry flavours wrapped up in a core of firm but fine tannins that deliver a lengthy, earth scented finish. Excellent now but will hold for a decade.
