This crowd pleasing Shiraz is quite decadent with its big dollops of licorice and tar aromas to start before layers of dried sage and spice start to build. Voluptuously fruited and weighted but also with a firm body of tannins in support, it delivers a long and strong licorice infused finish which bodes well for the cellar.
