Silverstream Single Vineyard Riesling 2023

A product of this excellent vintage in the south of Western Australia. This quite beautiful Riesling is as good as I’ve seen from Silver Stream. It comes from the family-owned Denmark property just out of the township and delivers a delicate, restrained and quite focused palate, displaying all of the limey citrus tanginess you might expect from this variety. There’s a chalky element to it as well, providing excellent balance. Clean, crisp and vibrant. A real thirst quencher on a summer’s day.
