Snake + Herring Corduroy Chardonnay 2020

A powerful chardonnay which the guys source from Karridale south of Margaret River. Roasted cashew, crème brulée and lemon curd on the nose. Then the palate delivers with its deep penetrating fruit profile supported by some well managed integrated oak and displaying a slight gunmetal touch. There’s a subtle saline finish that is most appealing.
