Springs Road Kangaroo Island Cabernet Sauvignon 2022

Share

This Cabernet is juicy, vibrant and elegant, making it very approachable in its youth. The nose sits back initially before coaxing out black cherry, plum, chocolate mint, graphite, cedar and subtle hints of tilled earth and eucalyptus. The restrained elegance carries through to the palate, where juicy plum, black cherry and blackcurrant mingle with cedar and chocolate mint. A vein of chalky, grainy tannins pulls the finish into a linear medium length, lending structure and polish. Good drinking with excellent value at $35.
