St Johns Wine St Johns Brook Sauvignon blanc 2025

This is a Margaret River–sourced wine in a season that produced some quite lovely white wines especially, showing both restraint and excellent varietal intensity. This one has that delightful fragrant and fresh combination of citrus and pear with just a subtle gooseberry influence. The palate is quite light, yet the flavour builds and develops through to the finish. Crunchy, vibrant and lively, and just made for current drinking.
