Stonehaven Stepping Stone Malbec 2022

The fruit here comes from a combination of vineyards in Mundulla and Padthaway. Opaque purple in colour, love the perfumes here, florals, violets, a hint of vanilla, blueberries, chocolate, coffee beans and black fruits. A sleek and slippery texture, this is supple with bright acidity, silky tannins, and very good length. Six to ten years. This drinks well over its price.
