Taylors Clare Valley Riesling 2020

Share

Ever the reliable one, Taylor’s Estate Riesling from the Clare Valley doesn’t do less than top drinking at an everyday price.
Rest assured the 2020 vintage will also age well based on the steely line of acidity that runs the length of the wine providing real energy and drive.

A pin-up for the region and its number one white grape variety with signature lime cordial on the bouquet together with lime zest, citrus, grapefruit pith and the prettiest lifted apple blossom florals. The palate derives flavour from all of the above, while bringing a snap of bright acidity that runs the full distance through to a long finish. That acidity is a drawcard but don’t overchill the wine or it will become a sharp feature.

Taylor’s helped pioneer the touch-activated sensor that appears on the back of each of the estate wines. Use the colour guide to ensure the best temperature for serving and enjoying. This wine is also certified 100% vegan friendly by Vegan Australia from this vintage onwards.
